Makkoli




Makkoli is korean tranditional rice wine. 
a mixture of rice grains and boiled water. This combination gives off its milky, off-white color, and sweetness, resulting in about 6.5% to 7% alcohol by volume after its distillation process. It was originally quite popular among farmers in Korea, however, it has recently started to become more popular in cities, especially with the younger generations. Makkoli is popular and commonly consumed while eating pajeon, also known as Korean-style pancakes.

And almost of korean love this especially male but nowaday Makkoli market is drametically changed.
lots of female consume Makkoli because the companies make Makkoli more colourful and sweet.
they add a fruits in to Makkoli like a kiwi fruit it called Makkoli cocktail.

ASIAN SWEET SOUP

Sweet soup is very popular in some Southern and Eastern Asia countries. It can be a dessert or nosh of some people. Moreover, it can be seen as a herbal meals which help people feel peaceful, comfortable after working day. These are list of popular sweet soups in Asia.
TARO SWEET DESERT
The taro sweet help people get the nice skin. Most of Asia woman love it because it is easy to cook and it can be seem as natural cosmetic very good for skin and health.
                                                             
Sweet Mung Bean Soup
This soup is easy to cooking. People just take 3 hours to cook it. It is very popular dessert dinner in Vietnam and in summer too because they can be eaten with ice. 3. Shape - powered glutinous rice or millet is first kneaded and shaped, then it is steamed and stuffed with red beans, sesame seeds, or soybean flour

Ochoko
2. Ochoko - Small sake cups of countless variety, color and shapes. Cup typically broadens at neck to allow the fragrance of the sake to waft gently upward.

3.Guinomi - Small cup often fluted at the edge - a bit bigger than ochoko. Great fun to collect as works of  art.

Masu

4. Masu - A square cedar box holding 180ml originally designed as a rice measure. Most people no longer drink from masu, as the smell and flavor of the wood overpower the delicate flavors of today's premium sake



TokkuriServing sake.Hold the cup properly as it is served to you.


Sake is served in a tokkuri.
Place the full tokkuri in boiling water until it is about body temperature.
Only very expensive sake is served chilled.
Hold the tokkuri with both hands palms facing down.
Fill each guest's cup in turn.
Don't fill your own. It's the guests' duty to ensure that the host's cup is full.
The correct cup to use is a ochoko.
In formal situations you should hold up the cup with one hand, and support the bottom of it with the other as the sake is being served to you

Vietnamese spring rolls

Vietnamese spring rolls is popular meal in over the world. People just need to 20 minutes to clean vegertable, carrot and make prawn, meat and take 1 minute to roll it. spring rolls can be seen as a kind of fresh food because it contain vegertarian, seafood and meat without oil, fat so it is very good for health.
This is the picture show the steps to roll a fresh sping rolls.

There are 2 parts : sauces and spring rolls

sauce
                                                                                                         
2 tablespoons sugar                                                                         
1.5 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon small red (birdseye) chilli, chopped

Mixing sugar, lime juice, fish sauce together and then give some galic and chilli and stir it up.

Spring rolls
100g green prawn meat, chopped
Salad and rice noodle
1/2 cup carrot, grated
4 shallots (spring onions), sliced finely lengthways
8 sheets dry rice paper.

We will steam seafood, meat and chooped it.
We spray water into rice paper make it soft and then put salad first and then put rice stick noodle after that putting carrot slide, seafood and meat together. Finally, we just need rolls it.
