Introduction to East Asian Foods


If you were a westerner in Sydney thirty five to forty years ago and someone asked you to name some Asian foods the odds are you would have mentioned, rice, noodles and fortune cookies. However, much has changed over the years due to globalisation and immigration and we now know that there is more to Asian foods than just noodles and rice. This blog is here to inform you all about the wonderful colours, dishes and flavours of East Asian Cuisine.
