Rice cake is Korean traditional food
Korean people have been shared neighors and friends on occasions of happiness.
there are various shape, content, and colour from each region.
this is korean soul food.


Type.










1. steamed - rice grains are first ground and steamed on a cauldron













2. Pounded - glutinous rice is pounded finely and it becomes sticky after steaming. It is then stuffed with bean flour



 








3. Shape - powered glutinous rice or millet is first kneaded and shaped, then it is steamed and stuffed with red beans, sesame seeds, or soybean flour
